We had a spectacular day celebrating the closing of another great year with a great party. Clay and his brothers grew up on this plantation where Clay's brother now is the care taker and invited us to their annual New Years Eve Party. We spent the afternoon enjoying the beautiful day with family and friends. It is always so nice to see everyone, and it was especially fun seeing all of our children playing all day. 
We decided several weeks ago that we would have a low key evening of ringing in the new year. My dad came over and we grilled steaks and because Lillian ate her entire dinner she got this...

My kind of NYE! We were headed down to Pawleys today but I woke up with a sore throat and cough so I ended up at the doctors office instead....hopefully we will get there in a couple of weeks....Wishing you and your sweet family a wonderful new year!
Glad you had a FUN New Years Eve - spending it with family is the most important thing you can do. I hope you all have a fabulous 2012 and that we get to see all of you often. We love you so much - Aunt Sandi
